Subscription & Plans
The Subscription & Plans area is a read-only billing view for organization administrators. It helps you understand the current subscription, feature availability, usage, and upgrade paths.
Page Structure
The page is split into two tabs:
| Tab | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Subscription | Shows the organization's current plan, status, feature list, usage, and active add-ons |
| Plans | Shows all available plans, pricing options, and feature comparison tables |
Subscription Tab
The Subscription tab displays:
| Section | What you see |
|---|---|
| Current Plan | Plan name, description, status badge, billing cycle, pricing unit |
| Subscription Details | Start date, trial end date when relevant, current period end, monthly price |
| Plan Features | Enabled and disabled features from the current plan |
| Usage | Current user count compared with the allowed user limit |
| Active Add-Ons | Add-ons attached to the subscription, if any |
Status Meanings
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Active | Subscription is running normally |
| Trialing | Trial access is active |
| Past Due | Billing needs attention |
| Cancelled | Subscription has been cancelled |
| Expired | Access has ended |
Plans Tab
The Plans tab shows:
- all available plans
- monthly and annual pricing when available
- the current-plan badge
- feature comparison rows across plans
- highlighted rows when a locked feature links the user here
For custom or enterprise plans, Titanus may show a contact action instead of a fixed public price.
Feature Availability and Upgrade Prompts
Plan features control which pages and actions are available to the organization. Common examples include:
- Reports
- Calendar
- Automatic assignment
- Reminders
- Maintenance plans
- Invoicing
- Import and export
- QR labels
- Audit logs
If a feature is not included:
- the related sidebar item may be hidden
- opening a direct URL can show an upgrade prompt
- the plans tab can open with the missing feature highlighted
Trial Behavior
New organizations usually begin with a trial.
- Trial access enables all platform features for the trial period.
- The subscription page shows the trial end date.
- A trial banner appears in the app header with the remaining days.
- The banner links back to the billing page.
Expired or Cancelled Access
If the subscription becomes expired or cancelled, Titanus can block normal app use with a full-screen overlay. The overlay explains that access has ended and prompts the user to contact support or sign out.
Managing Changes
The billing area is read-only inside the end-user app.
Use it to understand the current state, but contact support to:
- change the subscription plan
- discuss add-ons or custom tiers
- resolve billing issues
- reactivate expired access
