Plans Tab

The Plans tab shows:

  • all available plans
  • monthly and annual pricing when available
  • the current-plan badge
  • feature comparison rows across plans
  • highlighted rows when a locked feature links the user here

For custom or enterprise plans, Titanus may show a contact action instead of a fixed public price.

Feature Availability and Upgrade Prompts

Plan features control which pages and actions are available to the organization. Common examples include:

  • Reports
  • Calendar
  • Automatic assignment
  • Reminders
  • Maintenance plans
  • Invoicing
  • Import and export
  • QR labels
  • Audit logs

If a feature is not included:

  • the related sidebar item may be hidden
  • opening a direct URL can show an upgrade prompt
  • the plans tab can open with the missing feature highlighted

Trial Behavior

New organizations usually begin with a trial.

  • Trial access enables all platform features for the trial period.
  • The subscription page shows the trial end date.
  • A trial banner appears in the app header with the remaining days.
  • The banner links back to the billing page.

Expired or Cancelled Access

If the subscription becomes expired or cancelled, Titanus can block normal app use with a full-screen overlay. The overlay explains that access has ended and prompts the user to contact support or sign out.

Managing Changes

The billing area is read-only inside the end-user app.

Use it to understand the current state, but contact support to:

  • change the subscription plan
  • discuss add-ons or custom tiers
  • resolve billing issues
  • reactivate expired access
