Spaces

Spaces are used for detailed mapping of a facility - floors, rooms, restrooms, storage rooms, mechanical rooms, etc. Each space belongs to one facility.

Spaces help you organize assets within a facility by their physical location. This is useful for buildings with multiple floors, rooms, or zones where technicians need to quickly locate equipment during maintenance.

Note

Spaces may be required or optional depending on your organization settings. If required, you must create at least one space before adding assets.
